From the expression of our passion Tondo is born, a monocultivar oil of Tonda iblea in purity that seals the pact of love between us and the land. Tondo is a green-gold oil with low acidity (< 0,8 %) with an intense olive fruitiness, balanced with a bouquet of assorted typically sicilian scents like tomato, almond, basil, fresh cut grass and the Mediterranean bush’s aroma of the hyblaean mountains, homeland of our oil. It is a never bitter oil with a harmonious taste, in which sweet and spicy prevail. Rich of polyphenols and vitamin E.The olives, harvested according to tradition at the beginning of veraison, are pressed within very few hours, giving us a high quality product with multiple organoleptic properties.
